1. Who we are

2. Online services
Our website provides information, educational articles, and request forms. Submitting a form is a request—not a confirmed appointment—until we send confirmation. We may refuse or reschedule work for capacity, safety, or suitability reasons.
3. Estimates and pricing
Menu prices and online quotes are estimates for standard jobs. Final charges may change after inspection (for example, unsafe repair conditions, seized hardware, run-flat surcharge). We will seek approval before additional paid work when practical. Tire product prices fluctuate with supplier costs and availability.
4. Vehicle condition and customer responsibilities
- You authorize Rimline to operate the vehicle for diagnosis and road checks as needed.
- Remove valuables; we are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles.
- Provide accurate information about aftermarket wheels, TPMS, and prior damage.
- Return for recommended re-torque when advised.
We may refuse to mount tires or wheels that are unsafe, mismatched, or outside manufacturer specifications.
5. Parts, tires, and warranties
Manufacturer and distributor warranties apply to eligible products as written by those parties. Rimline’s labor warranty terms are stated on your invoice. Road hazards, misuse, improper inflation, misalignment after departure, and racing use are typically excluded. Keep your invoice for warranty claims.
6. Tire storage
Stored tires remain your property. Storage fees are billed per season as quoted. If fees remain unpaid or we cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, we may treat sets as abandoned according to applicable law after notice. We are not liable for normal aging of stored rubber.
7. Fleet accounts
Fleet pricing, SLAs, and payment terms are governed by the fleet agreement or approved credit application. Drivers using fleet authorization must be permitted by the account holder.
8. Acceptable use of the website
You may not misuse the site: no scraping that degrades service, no unauthorized access attempts, no malware, no false appointment spam, and no infringement of intellectual property. We may suspend access for abuse.
9. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and logos are owned by Rimline or licensors. You may not copy or commercially exploit site materials without permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
THE WEBSITE AND ONLINE MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIMLINE DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT FOR ONLINE CONTENT. AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE CARRIES INHERENT RISKS; FOLLOW VEHICLE MANUFACTURER GUIDANCE.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIMLINE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM WEBSITE USE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ONLINE SERVICES CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC ONLINE FEATURE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. LIABILITY FOR IN-SHOP WORK IS LIMITED AS STATED ON THE WORK ORDER/INVOICE AND BY APPLICABLE LAW.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify Rimline against claims arising from your misuse of the website, inaccurate information you provide, or unauthorized fleet bookings.

Linked third-party sites are not controlled by Rimline. Their terms and privacy practices apply.
15. Changes

16. Governing law
